A Clear Policy For Custom Aerial Work

Every Summit project involves planning, weather checks, travel, flight time, editing, and private gallery preparation. This page explains how refunds and changes are handled so expectations are clear before work begins.

Before Work Begins

If your project has not moved into planning, scheduling, travel, flight work, editing, or gallery preparation, a refund may be available depending on the project status.

After Planning Has Started

Once planning, coordination, permitting, scheduling, travel, or flight preparation has started, refund options may be limited because time and project-specific work have already been committed.

Completed Custom Work

Completed flight work, edited aerial images, private galleries, custom files, and approved print orders are generally not refundable because they are created specifically for your property or project.

Weather, Safety, And Airspace Delays

Drone work depends on safe weather, legal airspace access, and site conditions. If a flight needs to be delayed because of weather, airspace restrictions, authorization delays, or safety concerns, Summit will usually work toward rescheduling rather than cancelling the project.

Prints And Shipping

If a print order has not entered production, changes may still be possible. Once an approved print order has been produced or shipped, refund options are limited because the item is custom-made.
