FAQ

Clear Answers Before The Flight

A simple place for common questions about private galleries, payment timing, weather, safety, and service fit.

How do I open my private gallery?

Use the code, QR card, or private link Kyle gave you. The Gallery Access page opens your property-specific gallery in a new tab.

Do I pay before seeing my images?

For mailed or private gallery projects, you review the prepared gallery before the final checkout step.

What happens if the weather is unsafe?

Unsafe weather, airspace restrictions, or authorization delays are handled by rescheduling rather than rushing a flight.

Can Summit fly in controlled airspace?

Summit can coordinate required permissions and prioritizes compliance, safety, and professional planning over speed.

Can I request specific angles or areas of the property?

Yes. You can mention the views, buildings, land, driveway, yard, business frontage, access routes, or site details you want captured. Summit uses that information to help plan the flight and gallery.

Can I choose my favourite image before ordering?

Yes. For private gallery projects, you review the prepared images first, choose your favourite views, and request small edits before final payment, print, or shipping.

What kind of edits can I request?

You can request practical edits such as cropping, brightness, contrast, colour balance, or other simple finishing adjustments. Major alterations or unrealistic changes may not be available.

Do I need to be home during the flight?

Not always. Many exterior aerial projects can be completed without you being home, as long as the property details, access notes, and safety requirements are clear ahead of time.

How long does it take to receive my gallery?

Timing depends on weather, flight scheduling, editing, and project type. Summit will give you a clearer estimate once the property, location, and request details are known.

Are my gallery images private?

Your gallery is accessed through your private code or link. You can choose who you share that access with.
